Terms of Service

1. The service

DevPortfolio AI lets you create, publish and host a developer portfolio, with the help of AI. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You need an account to publish. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (text, images, projects). By publishing a portfolio, you make that content publicly accessible and you grant us the limited right to store, process and display it in order to run the Service.

You are responsible for your content. Do not publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or that violates someone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Break the law or infringe others' rights.
• •Upload malware, or attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the Service.
• •Impersonate others or publish content you don't have the rights to.
• •Resell or abuse the Service or its AI features.

5. Plans and payments

The Service has a free plan and a paid Premium subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your profile; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

If a payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free plan, which can unpublish content that exceeds the free limits. Nothing is deleted — it is restored when you upgrade again.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI to help write and improve content. AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing and editing what you publish.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the “last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
